Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple studio locations in the Wisconsin/Minnesota region. This full-time, travel-based role offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and guest populations while building expertise across a range of advanced aesthetic procedures.

Clinical Setting

You will rotate across multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations including Eden Prairie, Eagan, Coon Rapids, Rochester, St. Cloud, Green Bay, and Brookfield, based out of Minneapolis. This multi-site model allows you to expand your clinical skills faster than a single-location role while maintaining consistency in the Chapter aesthetic experience across all studios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and related procedures
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on membership options and treatment plans
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards across all treatment environments
• Collaborate with studio teams to support performance metrics including revenue, rebooking, and guest retention
• Ensure consistent, high-quality care across all assigned studio locations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa
• One to three years of medical aesthetics experience, or completion of formal aesthetics training
• Flexibility and willingness to rotate between multiple studio locations in the assigned region
• Proficiency with EMR platforms and aesthetic treatment technology
• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills
• Professional and personable demeanor with guests and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state RN licensure

Schedule

• Full-time position
• No overnight or holiday shifts

• Base salary of $70,000 or more, plus monthly incentive pay
