Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN (Iowa)

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple studio locations in Iowa, including Sioux City, West Des Moines, Davenport, Coralville, and Cedar Rapids. This travel-based role offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and guest populations while expanding clinical expertise across a variety of aesthetic procedures.

Clinical Setting

You will rotate across multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations, bringing consistency to the aesthetic experience at each site. The role involves working with advanced aesthetic technology and treatment modalities in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and related procedures
• Maintain consistent, high-quality care standards across all assigned studio locations
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on membership options and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards across all treatment environments
• Partner with studio teams to support performance metrics including revenue, rebooking, and guest retention

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa
• One to three years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple studio locations within the assigned region
• Proficiency with EMR platforms and aesthetic treatment technology
• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills
• Professional and personable demeanor with guests and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state RN licensure

Schedule

• Full-time position
• No overnight shifts or holiday requirements

• Base salary of $70,000 or more
