Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN (Fargo and The Dakotas)

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple studio locations in the Dakotas region, including Fargo, Grand Forks, Sioux Falls, and Sioux City. This multi-site role offers variety and professional growth while maintaining a predictable schedule with no overnight or holiday shifts.

Clinical Setting

You will work across multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations, rotating between studios to provide consistent, high-quality aesthetic care to guests. The role is based in Fargo and covers the Dakotas region and parts of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and related procedures
• Maintain consistency in the Chapter experience across all studio locations
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on membership options and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards across all treatment environments
• Partner with studio teams to support performance metrics including revenue, rebooking, and guest retention

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota and South Dakota
• One to three years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple studio locations
• Professional and personable presence with guests and team members
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency with EMR platforms and aesthetic treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong clinical responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state RN licensure

Schedule

Full-time position with a predictable schedule. No overnight shifts or holiday requirements.

• Base salary of $70,000 or more, plus monthly incentive pay
