Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN (Fargo and The Dakotas)

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple studio locations in the Fargo-based Dakota's region, including Fargo, Grand Forks, Sioux Falls, and Sioux City. This is a travel-based role supporting multiple facilities with variety, professional growth, and earning potential built into the position.

Clinical Setting

You will work in aesthetic medicine environments across multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations. The role involves rotating between studios to provide consistent, high-quality aesthetic care to guests across the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and related procedures
• Maintain consistency in treatment quality and the Chapter experience across all studio locations
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on membership options and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards across all treatment environments
• Partner with studio teams to support performance goals including revenue, rebooking, and guest retention

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota and South Dakota
• 1 to 3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple studio locations in the assigned region
• Professional and personable presence with guests and team members
• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and aesthetic treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong clinical responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state RN licensure

Schedule

• Full-time position
• No overnight shifts or holiday requirements
• Predictable schedule with guaranteed time off

Travel Requirements

• Travel-based role requiring rotation between multiple studio locations
• Mileage reimbursement and travel support provided between locations

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $70,000 or more
