Luxury Medspa Looking for Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Join a Chicago-based medical aesthetics practice as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. This full-time role offers a four-day work schedule and the opportunity to provide personalized aesthetic and wellness care to patients seeking injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation, and related services.

You will work directly with patients from initial consultation through treatment and follow-up care, guiding them through their aesthetic journey with clinical expertise and attention to safety. This position requires confidence in clinical skills, strong knowledge of facial anatomy, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments to understand treatment goals
• Perform aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, within your scope of practice and training
• Develop and explain personalized treatment plans to patients
• Provide or support other aesthetic and wellness treatments for which you are trained
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Build strong patient relationships and collaborate with the care team

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license in good standing
• Experience performing aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and recognition and management of complications
• Ability to conduct consultations, assess patient goals, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong clinical documentation and follow-up practices
• Ability to work a full-time, four-day schedule of approximately 32–40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with biostimulators, PRP, microneedling, or laser and energy-based treatments
