LPN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse WEEKEND DAYS

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an LPN or RN to provide pediatric home care for a 12-year-old male patient. This is a full-time position working weekend days from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Clinical Setting

You will work in the patient's home, providing one-on-one care focused on supporting the patient's daily activities and clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a 12-year-old male patient
• Assist with physical therapy and occupational therapy activities
• Support recreational activities including outdoor walks and reading
• Engage with the patient's interests, including music and other preferred activities
• Maintain open communication with the clinical team

Schedule

• Weekend days only
• 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Full-time position (part-time and PRN opportunities may also be available)

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric experience
• Home care experience

Note: Pediatric or home care experience is not required. Full clinical training is provided.
