LPN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients with specialized medical needs in their homes. This role allows patients to remain safe and supported in their own homes while receiving comprehensive clinical care. The position is based in Branson, MO and surrounding areas with overnight shift scheduling.

Experienced pediatric clinicians are welcome, as are nurses eager to learn specialized home-care skills. Every nurse receives comprehensive, hands-on clinical training before taking their first independent shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered plan of care
• Administer medications, perform skilled treatments, and monitor vital signs and patient status
• Manage specialized medical equipment such as G-tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilators based on specific patient needs
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the patient's family, interdisciplinary care team, and clinical supervisors

Schedule

• Overnight shifts
• Consistent, predictable scheduling options available

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and dependable follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric experience
• Home-care experience
