Job Description

This position assists the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department in a long-term care setting, supporting nursing staff and ensuring quality resident care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Nursing with nursing department operations
  • Support nursing staff and resident care activities
  • Monitor documentation and clinical practices
  • Assist with staffing and scheduling
  • Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
  • Help address resident and family concerns
  • Assist with staff training and education
  • Support regulatory compliance and facility policies

Required Qualifications

  • Current LPN license
