LPN Licensed Practical Nurse We are looking for a nurse Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. As an LPN, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients through direct patient contact and clinical supervision. You will monitor and report changes in patient condition, assign duties to CNAs, and provide clinical instruction and supervision to support staff.

Clinical Setting

This position is part of Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned healthcare organization with more than 200 locations across the U.S. You will work within an interdisciplinary team committed to helping patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility standards
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assign duties to and provide clinical supervision to CNAs
• Instruct and direct support staff in patient care activities
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Provide competent, knowledgeable nursing care
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift
• Full-time position

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing in your applicable state
• Maintain an active license throughout employment
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of skilled nursing experience
