LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, Up to $35.50

Crestwood Care Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide patient care in a long-term care setting. This is an opportunity to join a compassionate, family-owned organization that operates skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and long-term acute care hospitals. The facility uses a person-centered approach to senior rehabilitation with customized care plans.

Clinical Setting

You will work at Crestwood Care Center, located at 225 West Main Street, Shelby, OH 44875, providing care to residents in a long-term care environment.

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license
• 6 months to 1 year of previous clinical experience
