LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse- Private Duty (Days)

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one patient care in the Woodbury, TN area. This full-time position offers a supportive environment where you will work independently while maintaining access to team support, with significantly less time on your feet compared to traditional healthcare settings.

Clinical Setting

You will provide private duty nursing care to adult patients in their homes, delivering patient-centered care that focuses on maintaining dignity and independence. G-tube experience is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients following their individualized plan of care while maintaining client dignity and independence
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the client's plan of care
• Assess and document results of all nursing interventions
• Accurately document all nursing actions, care provided, and communication with family, case managers, and physicians
• Document client progress and outcomes related to established goals
• Inform physicians, case managers, and families of any changes in the client's medical condition and care needs
• Coordinate and order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate inventory
• Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Office location in Murfreesboro, TN with coverage area in Woodbury, TN

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN, LPT, or LVN license from an accredited nursing program in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Proof of current car insurance
• CPR professional certification

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of nursing experience
• Home health care experience
• G-tube care experience
