LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in our short-term rehabilitation facility. Clinical Setting

This position is located at our facility in Norway, Maine. You will work with aging residents and individuals with chronic illnesses, collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid state LPN license
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration
• Experience or demonstrated interest in caring for aging and chronically ill populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
