LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Nightshift

Meadowbrook Care Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for nightshift work on a full-time or part-time basis. You will provide direct patient care to residents in a collaborative healthcare environment, working with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and performing treatments
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the charge nurse or physician
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
