LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Nights

Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift positions in our senior living community. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role emphasizes person-centered care and creating a home-like environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care
• Model person-centered care practices

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN Program
• Current valid license to practice as an LPN in the state
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous geriatric nursing or long-term care experience
• IV Certification

Schedule

• Night shift position

Compensation

• Starting at $29.00 per hour
• Weekend differential included in premium pay plan
• Additional pay based upon experience
