Job Description
Lakebridge A Waters Community in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assess, plan, and deliver high-quality clinical care while collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with a focus on compassion and quality outcomes

Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available

Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Tennessee
- Strong clinical skills
