LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse

Holy Family Senior Living is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing team in Bethlehem, PA. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight for your assigned unit, administer medications and treatments, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, and coordinate care for residents in our long-term care and skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for your assigned unit and coordinate staff assignments based on residents' care needs
• Administer and accurately document prescribed medications, treatments, wound care, and other nursing services
• Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and notify physicians and responsible parties as needed
• Supervise, coach, and support CNAs while promoting quality care, resident safety, excellent service, and compliance with care plans
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including nursing notes, assessments, incident reports, and change-of-shift reports
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive resident outcomes

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full Time: Evening Shift, 7 am - 3 pm
• Part Time: Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available

Required Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing, or a valid multistate compact license
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care experience
