LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

This part-time Licensed Practical Nurse position is based in Penn Yan, NY, providing direct nursing care to adult and geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. You will work night shifts in a 2x8 or 3x8 rotation, with every other weekend and holiday required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support to adult and geriatric residents
• Assist with medications, treatments, activities of daily living (ADLs), and resident monitoring
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment

Schedule

• Part-time, 24 hours per week
• Night shift (2x8 or 3x8 rotation)
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• Ability to begin orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Required Qualifications

• Active New York LPN license
• Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
