LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Grandview Nursing and Rehab

Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct patient care to residents recuperating from surgery or illness. You will work in a nursing and rehabilitation setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Observe and report patient status to nursing staff and physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
