LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Evenings

Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts to provide direct nursing care to residents in our senior living community. You will supervise nursing assistants and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role emphasizes person-centered care and recognizes residents' homes as the foundation of our service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Maintain quality care standards as required by the department director or supervisor
• Model person-centered care and prioritize residents' needs

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN Program
• Current valid license to practice as an LPN in the state
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous geriatric nursing or long-term care experience
• IV Certification

Schedule

• Evening shift
• Weekend differential pay included

Compensation

• Starting at $28.00 per hour
• Weekend differential with premium pay plan
• Additional pay based on experience
