LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) DAY SHIFT

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing home team as an LPN Charge Nurse on the day shift. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. You will oversee CNA and CMA duties to ensure they are completed properly and timely, manage your own clinical documentation, and serve as a resource to your team. This is a team-driven environment where you will be expected to step in and help wherever needed, and your colleagues will do the same for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and verify completion of CNA and CMA duties
• Complete your own clinical duties and documentation
• Provide direct patient advocacy and care
• Support team members as needed
• Maintain standards expected of a charge nurse role

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• In-person work location

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license
