LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing home team and provide compassionate care to elderly residents. You will work alongside nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive high-quality care, support their rehabilitation goals, and maintain their comfort and safety.

Clinical Setting

This is a long-term care and assisted living environment where you will work directly with elderly patients requiring ongoing nursing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being
• Perform routine nursing tasks including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion
• Assist residents in their rehabilitation journey by encouraging and supporting exercise and conditioning routines
• Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Complete detailed and accurate nursing documentation to ensure proper care and compliance
• Handle critical care situations and triage effectively

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN license
• Proficiency in patient care and assessment
• Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
• Experience with catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion
• Basic life support certification
• Familiarity with long-term care and assisted living environments
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations
• Ability to handle critical care situations and triage effectively
