Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medication administration, clinical oversight, and care coordination in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with seniors in a fast-paced, physically active environment while leading and supporting a team of caregivers and medication technicians.

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Hours: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to assigned residents according to physician orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations
  • Follow up on physician orders and coordinate services with ancillary providers
  • Report changes in resident condition or other pertinent clinical information to physicians and families
  • Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of medication technicians and care providers
  • Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports
  • Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner
  • Communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members to ensure timely clinical interventions and follow-up

Required Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in the state where the community is located
  • CPR certification or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
  • Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude
  • Consistent and reliable attendance

  • One year of medication administration experience
