Job Description
Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing in Boonton, New Jersey is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to work 7a to 7p shifts. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a newly renovated rehabilitation and nursing facility, working under the supervision of experienced nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report patient conditions to the nursing staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Ability to work 7a to 7p per diem shifts
