LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) 3-11

This long-term care facility in Stoughton is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a team under new management committed to improving staffing ratios, enhancing resident care, and providing a professional, supportive workplace.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct resident care, monitor health and vital signs, maintain accurate documentation, and work closely with Registered Nurses and Unit Managers to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to residents
• Observe, monitor, and document resident health and vital signs
• Collaborate with RNs and Unit Managers on care plans and medical histories
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Support a professional, collaborative, and compassionate care environment

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care experience

Schedule

• All shifts available
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions
