Locum Tenens Interventional Radiologist

This is a locum tenens position for an Interventional Radiologist specializing in diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will manage a variety of imaging and procedural responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic reads and interpretations
• Conduct interventional procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, needle localizations, abscess drainages, CT-guided biopsies, PET imaging, ultrasound, lumbar punctures, barium swallows, breast biopsies, voiding cystourethrograms (VCUs), hip injections, and arthrograms
• Perform port checks and fluoroscopy procedures
• Manage patient procedures and ensure accurate diagnostics
• Handle 70-90 reads per shift
• Perform 1-2 procedures daily

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with fluoroscopy
• Proven experience with port checks
• Proven experience with a variety of biopsies and injections
• Expertise in multiple imaging and procedural techniques

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No overtime
