Locum Nurse Practitioner – Neurointerventional Surgery

St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA is seeking a Locum Nurse Practitioner for Neurointerventional Surgery to provide inpatient care on a temporary basis until a permanent provider is hired. This is a hospital-based position working with adult and geriatric patients in a 100% inpatient setting.

You will work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with availability for both day (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) shifts. There is no on-call requirement. You will use Epic for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to code stroke emergencies
• Provide post-procedure inpatient care for neurointerventional surgery patients
• Manage and monitor adult and geriatric patients in the inpatient setting
• Complete clinical documentation in Epic

Required Qualifications

• Board certification from AANP
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• Neurocritical care nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Virginia license
