Licensed Practical Nurse-WPP

WakeMed Faculty Physicians is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide physician support and nursing care to our patient population. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care through treatments, medication administration, patient data collection, and other clinical assignments under the direction of a provider or registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and physician support to assigned patients
• Administer medications as directed
• Collect and document patient data
• Complete specified clinical assignments under provider or RN supervision
• Support the mission and values of WakeMed Faculty Physicians

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program
• One year of nursing-related experience
