Licensed Practical Nurse

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse working in a resident care setting. You will be responsible for admitting new residents, monitoring their physical and mental health, and supervising nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Admit new residents
• Assign and delegate duties to non-licensed nursing staff
• Monitor resident care and supervise other nursing staff
• Perform ongoing assessments of residents' physical and mental health
• Explain procedures and treatment protocols to residents

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
• Observational and communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Patience, compassion, and kindness

Compensation and Benefits
