Licensed Practical Nurse - VNA Home Health Care: Framingham, Hopkinton, Sherborn

VNA Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time home health care serving patients in the Framingham, Hopkinton, and Sherborn area. This position offers the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes with comprehensive support and training.

Clinical Setting

You will deliver home health nursing care to patients across the Framingham, Hopkinton, and Sherborn communities.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Full-time position

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $36.69 to $44.60
• Mileage reimbursement

Training and Support

VNA Care provides a fully paid, extensive home health orientation program to prepare you for the role.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an LPN program
• Active Massachusetts LPN license

While home health experience is not required, experience with the following is helpful:

• Wound care and wound vacs
• Tracheostomy and suctioning
• Catheter care
• Ostomy care
• Phlebotomy
• Chronic heart failure (CHF)
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
• Diabetes management
