Licensed Practical Nurse

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on clinical care and oversight for senior residents in a relationship-driven senior living environment. This role offers the opportunity to practice nursing while partnering closely with caregivers, medication technicians, and leadership in a collaborative setting that values accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice
• Administer and oversee medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners
• Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and medication technicians as assigned
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Support care planning, service plans, and regulatory compliance
• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical policies

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity
