Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a nursing home setting. In this role, you will execute nursing processes, perform treatments, and support patients' physical and emotional needs while working closely with our CNA team to ensure timely and accurate care.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process
• Perform various treatment procedures
• Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, families, and friends
• Supervise assigned team members
• Administer medications and provide relevant written and verbal reports to appropriate staff according to departmental protocols
• Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete resident care documentation using computerized medical records
• Direct CNAs in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care
• Ensure CNA documentation is accurate and complete

Schedule and Compensation

• Salary range: $27/hour to $32/hour, plus shift differential
• Weekly pay

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid New York LPN license
• Valid CPR certification
