Seven Hills Foundation's Pediatric Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide health care and medical support to students during classroom and therapy activities in a school-based setting. This position supports children with developmental and medical complexities in an inclusive environment.
Clinical Setting
You will work in a pediatric school-based program, collaborating with classroom and nursing teams to support students' health needs throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver health services during classroom and therapy sessions
- Monitor daily student health and administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with classroom and nursing teams to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices and maintain a safe environment
- Communicate changes in medical needs, equipment trials, or care plans to the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct support to the Eating Skills program and aquatic therapy sessions
- Accompany students on field trips and community outings based on care needs
- Teach monthly health classes focused on nutrition, hygiene, and general wellness
Schedule
- 6-month position
- 32 hours per week
- Tuesday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Compensation
- $39.19 to $45.12 per hour

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Current Massachusetts licensed practical nurse (LPN) license
- Standard driver's license (class C or class D)
- One to three years of related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with interdisciplinary teamwork
