Licensed Practical Nurse - RFT - Home Health - Memphis, TN

Meritan, Inc., a Tennessee-based nonprofit health and human services organization, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Home Health team in Memphis, TN. This regular full-time, per-visit position involves assisting with daily clinical activities under the direction of a registered nurse, working with elderly and disabled patients who wish to remain living independently in their own homes. You will focus on one patient at a time, with flexibility in your schedule and less time on your feet compared to traditional clinical settings.

Meritan is ACHC accredited and CAPABLE certified, with a stable team of experienced long-term employees and consistent work availability. The clinical system is online and accessible via company-issued tablets or your smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinical activities under the direction of a registered nurse
• Provide care to elderly and disabled patients in their homes
• Work independently and as part of the interdisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
• Auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle for travel to patient homes
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care experience

Schedule and Requirements

• Regular full-time position with per-visit compensation structure
• Schedule flexibility required

Compensation and Bonuses
