Licensed Practical Nurse - Physician Care Express Belpre - FT 1.0 (80 hrs biweekly) (72529)

Memorial Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Physician Care Express in Belpre. This full-time position offers 80 hours biweekly and operates within an environment of continuous quality improvement, where you will support patients' medical and nursing plans of care while upholding the MHS Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of patient care and non-patient care within your scope of practice
• Provide patient care as assigned by the charge nurse or team leader
• Comply with all safety and infection control standards
• Complete required competencies and maintain compliance in RQI
• Assume additional duties and responsibilities as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio, or a WV license if working in West Virginia
• N.A.P.N.E.S., O.O.P.N.E., or State Board of Nursing medication administration card
• BLS certification
• Verbal, clerical, and numerical abilities
• Manual dexterity, color vision, and near visual acuity
