Licensed Practical Nurse - Pediatric Home Health - Flexible Schedule

MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide pediatric home health care to infants, children, and adolescents. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care in patients' homes, working with flexible scheduling that allows you to customize your career path.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to infants, children, and adolescents according to the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, patient responses, and coordination of care
• Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
• Meet patients' nursing needs while providing holistic care in the home setting

Required Qualifications

• Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Good organization and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health experience
