Licensed Practical Nurse

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center in Roswell, New Mexico is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to residents. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.

A relocation bonus is available for eligible candidates who are ready to relocate to Roswell, subject to the terms of a written relocation agreement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition, promptly reporting concerns to the supervising RN and providers
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders, facility procedures, and your scope of practice
• Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Provide direction and support to nursing assistants within your scope of practice
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns
• Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license authorizing practice in New Mexico
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Dependable, compassionate approach to resident care

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience
