Ozarks Community Hospital's Gravette Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect patient care in an office/clinic setting. You will work under the supervision of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and the clinic manager to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting
- Address psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of patient care
- Meet communication needs of patients and families
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, nursing policies, and clinic procedures
- Communicate with physicians and team members regarding patient clinical conditions, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
- Demonstrate initiative and professional responsibility in all duties
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of Missouri
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- BLS recertification required before expiration throughout employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Telemetry course
