Licensed Practical Nurse

Ozarks Community Hospital's Gravette Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect patient care in an office/clinic setting. You will work under the supervision of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and the clinic manager to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting
• Address psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of patient care
• Meet communication needs of patients and families
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, nursing policies, and clinic procedures
• Communicate with physicians and team members regarding patient clinical conditions, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
• Demonstrate initiative and professional responsibility in all duties

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of Missouri
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• BLS recertification required before expiration throughout employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Telemetry course
