Licensed Practical Nurse

United Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized healthcare provider.

Schedule

Compensation

• $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience
• Benefits eligibility requires a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90-day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
