Licensed Practical Nurse

Northern Lights Rehab and Long-Term Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care and support nursing operations at our 30+ bed facility in Minot. You will work under the direction of the RN to monitor, plan, and implement nursing care for residents while ensuring continuity of care between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, plan, and implement nursing care for residents under RN direction
• Provide direct resident care and supervise care provided by CNAs and support staff
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts
• Participate in resident and family education
• Serve as a resident advocate aligned with the facility's mission

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid North Dakota LPN license or registration
