Licensed Practical Nurse - North Little Rock TC Unit (PRN)

Arisa Health, Arkansas' largest nonprofit behavioral health provider, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the new TC Unit in North Little Rock. This PRN position provides direct nursing care to adults in a clinical behavioral health setting, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, injections, and insurance authorization support for client medications.

Clinical Setting

You will work within Arisa Health's comprehensive behavioral health system, which provides outpatient services, crisis services, emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive services, medical services, and residential services across 41 Arkansas counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients
• Implement physician orders
• Administer medications, draw blood, and perform other tests or procedures as ordered
• Complete appropriate records and documentation
• Support insurance authorization processes for client medications

Schedule

This is a PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling. Hours include Mondays 8am-3pm or Monday-Friday 8am-5pm on-call availability.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced specialized training
• Active Arkansas LPN license
• Minimum one year of experience as an LPN
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Valid Arkansas driver's license with a good driving record
• Minimum one year of experience working in a mental health facility (preferred for ideal candidates)
