Licensed Practical Nurse - New Grad LPN

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for one-on-one patient care in home health settings. This position is designed for new graduates and offers comprehensive support as you begin your nursing career.

As a new graduate LPN, you will provide direct patient care to adults and pediatric patients across a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. You will work close to home with flexible scheduling around your availability, supported by around-the-clock clinical support and in-depth paid training from day one.

Training and Support

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). Clinical Managers work individually with each new nurse to ensure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills. You will receive in-depth paid training from day one and have access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs.

Flexible scheduling around your availability with short commute times working close to home.

Required Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the United States
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification

Compensation

$28-32 per hour, weekly pay.
