Licensed Practical Nurse

The Village at Rockville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living community. This full-time day shift position offers the opportunity to deliver personalized, hands-on care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including RNs, physicians, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the care team
• Document care provided and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Maryland
• 3-5 years of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment

Schedule

• Full-time, day shift position

Compensation

• Pay range: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour (final offer based on skills, experience, and professional background)
• Shift differentials available
