Licensed Practical Nurse

NHC HealthCare Rossville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a senior living community. This position offers 12-hour shifts with flexible employment options including full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. Full-time positions include a $6,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a geriatric care environment at NHC HealthCare Rossville, a leader in senior care services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing patient care
• Demonstrate organizational ability related to workflow and prioritizing patient care needs
• Integrate current standards of practice and comply with local, state, and federal nursing regulations
• Practice continuous quality improvement and problem-solving skills
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Caring and compassionate approach to patient care
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team member

Licenses and Certifications

• Georgia LPN license required
• Graduate Nurses (GNs) and Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) are eligible to apply

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
