Licensed Practical Nurse

Milan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to perform laser hair removal treatments in our Syracuse, NY clinic. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective aesthetic treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve their long-term results. You will work in a structured clinic environment that combines medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Clinical Setting

You will work in Milan's clinic located in Syracuse, NY. The clinic operates Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a full-time position with predictable schedules and steady client demand.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments according to Milan's established medical protocols and safety standards
• Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks
• Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-care instructions
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
• After completing training, support onboarding and training of new providers

Required Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results

Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Friday through Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $36.00 per hour plus monthly bonus
