Licensed Practical Nurse

Martin Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our part-time team in Hobe Sound, Florida. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting, serving as the charge nurse on your assigned shifts.

Martin Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a residential care facility dedicated to providing quality care to our residents in a warm, family-style atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and vital signs monitoring
• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Serve as charge nurse on shift, supervising staff and responding to nurse aide reporting of patient changes, vitals, and showering assignments
• Maintain contact with healthcare professionals and follow physician orders
• Participate in team work to achieve the common goal of caring for residents
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN License or multistate compact license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear level two background screening through AHCA
• Availability for 3/11 shift and 11p-7a shift

Schedule

This is a part-time position with availability required for both 3/11 and 11p-7a shifts.
