Licensed Practical Nurse - LTC

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. This position offers the opportunity to support patients through their recovery journey while working with a collaborative healthcare team.

Clinical Setting

Long-term care facility providing rehabilitation and recovery services.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents recovering in the long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation exercises
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid New York State LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing

Schedule

• All shifts available

Compensation

• $30 per hour
