Livingston Manor Care Center, a small skilled nursing facility in Chillicothe, MO, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in a home-like environment. You will work with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals to deliver individualized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on enhancing their health and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assist with wound care, treatment, and rehabilitation services as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Ability to work variable days including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 12-hour dayshift available
• Variable days including weekends

• 12,500 dollar sign-on bonus, paid quarterly over 1 year
