Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - PRN Nights | Georgetown Rehab

PAM Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a PRN night position at Georgetown Rehab. In this role, you will provide appropriate nursing care under the direction of an RN on the nursing unit, gathering and reporting patient data, carrying out medical orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age and population-appropriate manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care as directed by the RN
• Gather and report patient data
• Carry out physician orders
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Schedule

• PRN (as-needed) nights
• Flexible scheduling available

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
• Current BLS certification (AHA approved, must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
