Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - PRN Days | Stoughton Specialty

PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for PRN day shifts at our Stoughton Specialty location. In this role, you will provide appropriate nursing care under the direction of an RN on the nursing unit, gathering and reporting patient data, carrying out medical orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age and population-appropriate manner consistent with facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as directed by the RN
• Gather and report patient data
• Carry out physician orders
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Schedule

• PRN (as-needed) day shifts
• Flexible scheduling available

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state where the hospital resides
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
• Experience working with ventilators, tracheostomies, PICC lines, and similar equipment
• Two years of experience in direct patient care
