Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - FT Nights | Thousand Oaks Rehab

PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time night shift position at our Thousand Oaks rehabilitation facility. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, working as part of a collaborative healthcare team in a post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by the RN on the nursing unit
• Gather and report patient data to the nursing team
• Carry out physician orders and nursing directives
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population-appropriate manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the facility is located, or compact licensure if applicable
• Current BLS certification (AHA approved) required within 90 days of employment
• Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
